How to replace front bumper on 4.3 rav4

Not so long ago i had a minor collision which ruined the front bumper of my 2006 rav4. I wanna replace it and repaint it as cheap as possible. Anyone know how to remove and install a front bumper? And anyone know where i can get the new bumper painted?

I ordered a rear bumper from onlinepartbin | eBay
They painted it and shipped it, and even gave me a discount of about $50. of stated price, it went very well. I would imagine they have front bumpers too. I have tricoat white paint which was extra, so I had to send them some samples from the old one to match the paint.

I advise to always send samples; it might take more time and cost a little more but there is no way to match the paint otherwise, especially with metallic paint.
