Keep in mind the above chart is not 100% accurate because
of variations in wheel width, wheel offset and driving habits.

The RAV4 wheel bolt pattern is 5x114.3mm (5x4.5") w/43mm offset.
Looking to purchase WHEEL LOCKS? RAV4 stud size is 12mm with a 1.5 pitch.
When installing the locks... torque is 75 ft. lbs.

CALCULATING TIRE DIMENSIONS

Example: 215/70R16

The first number is the width of the tire in millimeters (215), measured from sidewall to sidewall. To convert to inches, divide by 25.4. In this example, the width is 215mm or 8.46". (215 ÷ 25.4 = 8.46")

The second number is the aspect ratio (70). This is a ratio of sidewall height to width. In this example, the tire is 8.46" wide, multiply that by the aspect ratio to find the height of one sidewall. In this case, 215 x .70 = 150.5mm or 8.46" x .70 = 5.92".

The last number is the diameter of the wheel in inches (16).

To figure the height of a tire, take the sidewall height and multiply by 2 (remember that the diameter is made up of 2 sidewalls, the one above the wheel and the one below the wheel) and add the diameter of the wheel to get your answer.
Example: 215/70R16
215mm x .70 = 150.5mm x 2 = 301mm + 406.4mm(16")= 707.4mm or 27.85" Height
